Chrome, FireFox, and Safari are supported. Please use the latest version. (Chrome is recommended).
Please be sure to use a browser that is compatible with Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer, as they may not display or operate properly.

Account Opening & Login

How do I open an account?

Click on “Open a Free Account” at the top of the screen and fill in the following information to open an account.

  • Please enter your first name and last name in roman characters. Example: TARO YAMADA
  • Password must contain upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (! @#$%^&*()_-=+/?) Please use 8 to 16 characters including Example Aa-12345
  • Please be sure to enter an email address that we can receive. If you cannot receive
    email, we will not be able to verify your account.
  • Phone number e.g. +81 09011112222 (+81 stands for Japan)
  • Please select your country of residence.
  • Please choose JPY as your currency.
  • Please specify your date of birth.
  • If you understand and agree with the contents, please check the checkbox.
  • Click “Next” after filling in all fields.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to upload your identification documents and authenticate your account via email.
Password setting does not work!

I lost my password.

After clicking the Login button, click Lost Password? Click on [Lost Password?
Enter your email address and click the Reset Password button.
An email will be sent to you. Click the link in the body of the email.
If the link does not work, copy the URL and paste it into your browser.
A password change screen will appear.

[Click the “Save” button only once.
The message “Password change complete” will appear and you will be logged in.

I did not receive your email.

We will send you an email when you open an account, when you make a withdrawal, or when you receive a confirmation email from us.
If you cannot find the email, please check your junk mail box.

Trading

What type of trade?

The following trades are available

  • Highlow Trading
    This is a simple two-party trade in which you choose whether the price at expiration (end of trade) will be higher or lower than the current price. Turbo trading with a minimum time of 15 seconds is also available.
  • WowFX Trading
    You win if you reach T/P (Take Profit) by the expiration time (same time two weeks later). If you reach S/L (Stop Loss) by the expiration time (2 weeks from now), you lose. This is a simple trade. This is a normal Forex trading with an element of choice added.
What is the minimum to maximum investment?

1 Position
Highlow Trading
Short = 500 yen to 100,000 yen
Long trade = 2,500 yen to 100,000 yen
Turbo trading 300 yen to 2,500 yen

Maximum investment for the same issue and expiration date: 150,000 yen
Maximum investment for open positions: 300,000 yen

WowFX trading = Depends on account balance (free margin).

Investment amount is subject to change depending on market conditions and other factors. Please understand this beforehand.

What is the payout ratio? What asset are available?

Payout multipliers are not fixed. It varies depending on the issue, market conditions, and other factors. Please confirm the payout ratio on the trading screen.
The system also determines which issues are available for trading and the expiration date (end of trading), depending on market conditions and other factors.
Please confirm the currently available issues and expiration dates on the trading screen.
Please select the issue you wish to trade from the issues displayed on the trading screen.
You will not be able to trade in issues that are grayed out, issues that are marked as unavailable for trading, or issues that are marked as out of hours.

Can I trade from my smartphone? Do you have a trading application?

trades can be made directly from your smartphone browser (Chrome, safari, etc.).
For smartphone applications, only the Android application is currently supported. Click here

What are the available trading hours? Can I trade on weekends?

Trading is basically available 24 hours a day on weekdays.
The assets that can be traded vary depending on market conditions, etc. Please confirm the availability on the trading screen after logging in.

Crypto asset issues are also available for weekend trading on weekends.
You can seamlessly continue trading from weekday to weekend to the following week.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Cardano, Aave, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin gold SV, Polka Dot, Link, Theta, Tron, Uniswap, VeChain, Namecoin, Stellar, Monero, Tezos, Dogecoin, Binance coin, and others.

Please note that you may not be able to trade even during trading hours due to various market conditions such as volatility, system conditions, etc.
The assets available for trading may change at any time.

Please tell me about fund transfers.

There are two types of trades. (One login email address and password)
(1) Highlow trading account
(2) WowFX trading account

The two accounts are separate, so you will need to transfer funds between them to trade.

For example, you can transfer 5,000 yen from your Highlow trading account with a balance of 10,000 yen to your WowFX trading account. etc.

Transferring funds is free and easy, so please feel free to do so.
[Login] > [Account] > [Transfer Funds].

Is automated trading available?

We are sorry. The automated trading service is no longer available.

Tell us about SELL BACK.

SELL BACK means to sell a position at the current valuation before the expiration date.

SELL BACK availability

Highlow trading:
Allowed up to 30 seconds before expiration date.
Long Trading (trades with dated expiration dates, e.g., Feb-20) are not allowed.
Turbo is not allowed.

WowFX trading: SELL BACK available.

Sell backs may not be possible due to volatility and other market conditions. Please understand this beforehand. (This is not a malfunction).
In the event that the forecast is not correct, the valuation will be zero and no refund will be made.

How to SELL BACK

(PC)

Highlow trading:
Click the “SELL BACK” button under “Open Positions” at the bottom of the screen, and a pop-up window will appear for 5 seconds.Confirm the refund amount and click “CONFIRM SELL BACK”.

WowFX trading:
Click on POSITIONS on the left side of the WowFX Trading screen. From Open Positions at the bottom of the screen, click the CLOSE button, and a pop-up window will appear. Confirm the amount of open profit/loss and click CLOSE NOW.

(Smart Phone)

Highlow trading:
Tap the house-shaped icon in the upper left corner of the screen, then tap a position.
Click the SELL BACK button, a pop-up screen will appear for 5 seconds, confirm the refund amount, and then click CONFIRM SELL BACK.

WowFX trading:
Tap the house icon in the upper left corner of the screen, then tap Position. Tap the position, confirm the amount, and then tap CLOSE.

What can you tell me about Hedge and Double Up?

Hedge
Hold the opposite position of the one you are currently holding. This is used as a hedge (risk reduction) when the forecast is likely to be wrong.
The investment amount and expiration date will be the same as the first position, but the trade price will be the price at the time the button is pressed.

Double Up
Additional positions can be held in the same direction as the current position. If the forecast seems to be correct, you can quickly add to the position.
The investment amount and expiration date will be the same as the first position, but the trade price will be the price at the time the button is pressed.

How to Hedge and Double Up

The open positions are displayed in the Open Positions section of the trading screen, and the respective icons are displayed there.
Please note that the execution is performed with a single click of the icon.

The position can be opened up to 30 seconds before the expiration date.
Volatility and other market conditions may prevent Hedge or Double Up.
In such cases, the icon will be hidden or grayed out. Please note that this is not a malfunction. (This is not a malfunction).

How can I check and download my trade history?

PC

Log in > Click on the Dashboard icon on the left side of the chart.
“Recent Trades” to view the entire trade history. You can also download it.

Smart Phone

Log in > Tap the house icon in the upper left corner of the chart screen > Tap Position > Tap Closed Position.

Deposit and withdrawal

How do I make a deposit?

We accept bank transfer deposits and credit card deposits.
Please login > Add Funds to deposit funds.

PayPay Bank (for instantaneous reflection)

What is the minimum to maximum deposit amount allowed?

Bank transfer deposits: 5,000 yen to 3 million yen (daily maximum)
Credit card deposits: 5,000 yen – 100,000 yen Up to 4 deposits per month per card (maximum 400,000 yen)

How do I make a withdrawal?

How do I confirm or cancel a withdrawal request?

After logging in, click on the bag icon on the left side of the trading screen.
For smartphones, tap the round icon in the upper right corner of the trading screen.

Account > Transactions >
Select Highlow or WowFX from the pull-down menu at the top of the screen.

You can view your request in the “Pending Withdrawals” tab.
You can cancel your request by clicking [+] > [Cancel Withdrawal].
If you wish to change the amount of your withdrawal request, please cancel your request and re-submit a new request.

What is the minimum to maximum withdrawal amount?

10,000 – 3,000,000 yen (daily maximum)

  • Withdrawals of less than 10,000 yen are not accepted.
  • We will transfer the funds to the bank account designated by the customer.
    (We may return the funds to your credit card at our discretion.)
  • A withdrawal fee of 1,000 yen will be deducted.
    Example. If the requested amount is 10,000 yen, the amount to be transferred is 9,000 yen.
How can I check my deposit and withdrawal history?

After logging in, click on the bag icon on the left side of the trading screen.
For smartphones, tap the round icon in the upper right corner of the trading screen.

Account > Transactions > Select Highlow or WowFX from the pull-down menu at the top of the screen.

  • From the History tab, check Deposits and Withdrawals. The amount, date and time, etc. will be displayed.
  • The time is displayed in GMT.
  • The report can be downloaded from the button at the top of the screen.

How do I close my account?

Please submit your request by going to Login > Account > Account Cancellation Request.
We will respond within one business day and contact you by e-mail.

If I close my account, will my balance be automatically withdrawn?

No. The withdrawal is not automatic.
Please send us a request to close your account after you have completed your withdrawal.
