Quick withdrawals (bank transfers) are available for same-day receipt at the earliest, allowing you to safely receive your assets at an amazingly fast pace. There is no need to worry about withdrawals.

- Only financial institutions in Japan can be used for withdrawals. Overseas banks are not supported.
- To prevent errors, we cannot transfer funds to bank accounts that do not display the account name when the bank name, branch name, or account number is entered.
- If you request a withdrawal by noon, you will usually receive your money on the same day. (In the case that the time of same-day processing is earlier than 3:00 pm. (In the rare case that the payment is processed by 3:00 p.m., it may be processed on the next business day due to the concentration of processing at the financial institution, etc.)
- For customers who have deposited by credit card

In order to prevent money laundering, credit card fraud, and cash conversion, we may refund the deposited funds to your credit card depending on the deposit/withdrawal interval, number of transactions, amount, and other usage conditions. Please be aware of this. If you do not wish to receive a refund to your credit card, please make your deposit by bank transfer.
Quick Withdrawal (Bank Transfer) Procedure
Please be sure to upload your identification documents before requesting a withdrawal.
Normally, 3 types of documents are required, and 4 types are required if you have made a credit card deposit. Click here for details.
After logging in, click on the bag icon in the upper left corner of the trading screen, then [Account] > [Withdraw Funds].
If you are using a smartphone, tap the round icon in the upper right corner of the trading screen, then go to “Account” > “Withdraw Funds”.
Please fill in each field and click “Submit”.
Withdrawals will be processed from noon. Please wait for notification of the completion of processing.
If the withdrawal request is busy, it may take some time until around 2:00 p.m.
If your identification documents are missing or incomplete by noon, we will not be able to process your withdrawal, so please be sure to upload your documents in advance. If you are concerned, please check the documents you have uploaded by going to Login > My Profile > Submit Identification Documents.

- Incorrect bank name, branch name, account number, or other information was entered.
- The requested withdrawal amount is less than 10,000 yen or exceeds the account balance.
(The minimum amount is 10,000 yen.)
How to confirm, cancel, or change the amount of a withdrawal request
After logging in, click on the bag icon on the left side of the trading screen.
For smartphones, tap the round icon in the upper right corner of the trading screen.
Select [Account] > [Transactions] > Highlow Trading or WowFX Trading from the pull-down menu at the top of the screen.
[You will see your request under the “Pending Withdrawals” tab.
You can cancel your request by clicking [+] > [Cancel Withdrawal].
If you wish to change the amount of your withdrawal request, please cancel your request and re-submit a new request.
- I made a withdrawal request, but my account balance remains the same. (It does not decrease)

The balance is not reduced immediately after the withdrawal request. [The balance will be changed at the time the withdrawal is processed.
If you request a withdrawal by noon, you will receive your money by 3:00 p.m. on the same day.

For example,
– If the times of trading after deposit is obvious less, or even no trading at all. Or – The trading frequency is obviously out of proportion of the deposit & withdrawal amounts, etc.
These will be regarded as money laundering or the use for cashing purposes according to our policies. In this case, we will charge 30% of the withdrawal amount as a penalty, and the deposited funds will be refunded to your credit card. Also, your trading account will be suspended as well.
If we found any credit card fraud activities, we will immediately suspend the relevant account and submit evidence documents to the withdrawal financial institution and/or other related parties.
